Whenever I got promoted to digital ACD a few years ago, I noticed my pay was much lower than I expected for the market I’m in, hard to find skillsets, performance, and visibility I’ve brought to the agency. I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.
