Variable payout is twice, one before Diwali and another somewhere in march or April salary.
Yearly increment is in July.
I got 12% hike last year depends on how you perform and many other factors.
It depends upon many factors however if the company financials are good 4 rating will give you 100 %, 5 rating 120% and 6 will give you 130%. If financial are excellent even 4 rating you can get 120%.
But if financial are bad 5 rating was given 90% which had happen during COVID.
I am in atos.....and I have got 3/6 ratings in appraisal....I am GCM 4 with 7 years experience.....How much % of increment I can expect.? In atos.
On another perspective, i was checking Financials of Atos and in last year it hardly made any profits, in few of the quarters it was in losses.
Doesn’t that impacts Variable and Job Security?

This is reason they are splitting.
