What kind of raise has everyone received this year? I usually get a six to eight percent raise, but this year, I only received a two percent raise. I'm pretty pissed.

I was given a promotion 6mos ago & told that the position was a lateral move & a raise would be given at my 6 month mark. Throughout my time at time at this company I’ve realized that they call people in to give their raise on the exact date of milestones (i.e: 6 mos, 1yr, & so on). It’s now been one week since my 6 months in this new position. I’d like to reach out to my boss and set up a meeting to review my work & discuss a raise. Should I wait a bit longer or should I set this up now?

I got a promotion a year and 3 months ago, and got a pay raise 5 months ago. Could I still ask for a promotion to SAE if I have been supporting a team more as one? Promotions are hard to stab with.

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Due to a recent company-wide increase and additional pay for bilingual direct reports I am only making a dollar and change above them as their supervisor. Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer?
