I was in audit for about 4 years then switched to provisions. I’m now 7 years in and want a more steady schedule. Just finished my first year in audit. Recruiter reached out to me for a role with a 30% bump in salary. Total comp included it gets closer to 45%. I actually enjoyed my first year and especially being done with busy season now feeling pretty good.
