Laser, threading, shaving or waxing? My pain tolerance is low 😅

Had a super rough depressive/anxious episode (7+ hours) last night. I have gotten jack nothing done today, despite having a full workload and a boss pinging me to follow up. Kinda want to just give up on trying to work today.

Well, this was the first time I've worked hungover in a long, long time. The pain is real people. Suffice to say I won't be doing this again. How do you guys do it?

I’ve taken Adderall for several years & it has helped a lot for my ADHD. However, recently I have been increasingly overwhelmed with balancing work, school, & home life. I am really struggling to manage my symptoms even while taking the maximum ER dosage. I recently started taking Strattera as well, but haven’t noticed much improvement. My doctor has suggested switching to Vyvanse instead. What are your thoughts on Vyvanse vs Adderall? Has anyone has had more success with it?

Meds and GMAT exam performance: I feel smarter, more time-conscious and aware off meds during an exam. 3 questions: 1. Should I take meds daily to revise effectively before GMAT? 2. Should I take them during the exam itself? 3. If I shouldn’t take it during exam, when or how should I wean off of it? 2 days before etc?

If working out after work (9 to 5), would you recommend eating dinner first and working out later or working out first and eating dinner after?
