What other jobs/careers can one who only has retail management experience do? I’ve been both a selling manager (a department manager in a department store) and a retail operations manager. I make 60K (maybe a few thousand more) and not willing to take a pay cut or at least not too much of a pay cut.

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
