What points do people buy? I currently have Delta sky Miles points as my main point balance, but I see videos online talking about being able to buy miles/ points directly form a company. Thoughts or resources?

I have created a excel based macro that can :
1. Move mouse pointer after every 10 seconds
2. Do a left click
3. Press Num Lock button on keyboard

During this pandemic companies have put lot of check points on employees. One of those are micro management of on screen time. I say, screw them..screw them royally

Please please do not ever use CTC comparison between current and next company. If you get an offer, do an in hand calculation. Some companies add Retirals like Employer PF, Gratuity along with Insurance, furniture allowance as part of your CTC. Others don't. Sone also have higher variable package. So when you do a CTC delta you may get a 20% hike but when you discount the above things you will fall short and may end up making less. So choose wisely.
