120-150

Sounds about right

Depends on the tax group

If I transfer as a CPA to M&A would I come in a same pay as JD/LLM?

S1 with JD LLM making 140k in San Francisco, would’ve been more if not for corona

Which service line??

Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.
Any advice, thanks!

Hello! I am currently temping at my current job and have been asked to work a weekend conference (Thursday-Sunday). I also have a small puppy and I’ll need to pay for doggie daycare for her during those days. Is it too much to ask the company to reimburse me for the boarding/daycare costs?

Thanks!

If you see an open job posting at a company you want to work for, what steps do you take to apply? I’ve been told that cold applying and making no contacts is usually not going to lead to anything, and that’s been true in my experience. But should I reach out to someone first? Should i apply and then email someone? In HR? Or someone who’d be directly supervising me? Or someone at my level? And what should i say? Thanks!

Very Noob question: First year here that has done DD for a couple of deals representing the seller now. Specifically, what does the buyer do with this? It seems like these provisions should trigger but nothing then happens...

I spent a year in tax investigations where I believe I was thriving ( I was going to be an assistant manager in July 2023), I had a lot of assistant manager jobs, I even drafted a Code 9 report to HMRC which my manager said was 80% of an actual report, he then added the 20% and submitted it.
After I realised I couldn't maintain all the unpaid overtime I was working I decided to take a turn and go to compliance, so now I work in CT compliance. I feel very surpressed.
