What salary range is acceptable for a Media Supervisor/Manager in NYC? Seeing a lot of variance between Glassdoor and first-hand accounts...

I have 10 years in medical billing and rcm experience going for a new position in NJ it revenue performance management. Basically finding trends od problem and solving issues a liason between offices doing root causes analysis to solve issues. What would be a good starting salary for a position like this?

We recently got acquired by another group but is business as usual. I have a 75K base and 1% recognized revenue bonus paid quarterly. I can't afford to work here much longer. Besides looking for another job -- any tips on a raise negotiation?

Would you accept a title loss to move from T2 to MBB? Really good impression from practice and partners, however would bump from Manager to Senior Consultant level.

Up for promo ~12 months post joining, with initial hit in comp being mitigated with signing bonus. Would be a bump as soon as promo goes through.

However would mean ~1yoe seniority loss (although quite early in career)
