What salary should I expect as a SC @ D within Strategy & Analytics? About me: ~ 2 YOE, MBA, located in NYC

There are talks of focusing on talent retention & offering competitive pay in meetings by Higher Leadership so
Is there any salary correction actually happening for current employees or some salary equity policy being made?

Currently having 12.36lacs CTC, YOE 8, Business analyst skill, other skills power Bi, SQl, SAP Hana, before 1st round informed recruiter expected CTC as 20lacs not aware BOnus included in IQVIA.

Now that i have submitted all the docs, waiting for HR discussion. My expectation is now 25lacs fixed. Can i say this now to HR when they call?

Ps no idea about grade. What is the scope for negotiation?

I’ve been with firms for 6 years. I struggle (not that I’m not intellectually capable of doing this job), I just hate the detail oriented nature of this industry. Everything gets scrutinized so carefully and most things I stayed up late for doesn’t matter.

What would u do? 3 YOE HCOL city and I have 2 potential options:
1) move to a boutique healthcare strategy consulting firm in a similar role as I have now (client facing consulting role).. 120-130 base + 20% bonus
2) a product specialist role at Meta (FB). This told role product management, it’s analytics heavy. $107k base, 10% bonus, $30K stock.

At the end of the day, TC for both is similar. As far as exit opportunities I’m not sure what is better, so looking to get other people’s opinions.
