What salary should I expect/negotiate for as a brand new attorney, plaintiffs side, at a big(ish) firm in SWFL?

For context, I’m a 3L. I started at the firm 4 years ago as a receptionist, moved to legal assistant, then onto case manager. I also helped in a paralegal capacity propounding discovery/writing motions, etc. I’d need little to no training and can hit the ground running with a full caseload.

I have no idea what to expect in terms of salary, it’s all very “hush hush.”

Which is the best company to work for amongst the FAANG companies? Best in terms of quality of work, employee benefits, pay, etc

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

For a top Producer of 3 years, is it appropriate to now ask for a raise in my base pay? Base was 42,500 when I started, but now inflation + 2 children later the base pay barely gets me by. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? If a person resigns on April month when yearly reviews are going to happen and bonus are being sent out.
So, can he get the performance bonus because he served the last whole year with dedication?

I am finishing up my second year of practice as a lawyer. I transitioned to plaintiffs pi work from a boutique commercial litigation firm. I like the work and not having to bill. The issue I am having is managing volume. I have about 150 active files some pre-lit and the rest are in litigation. Cases range in value from very small to low six figures. I also take the driver seat for the grunt work on the firms bigger cases which are at or near 7 figure value. I constantly feel (cont.)

I’m a 3rd year Associate at a fairly large injury firm. In my 2nd year my individual fees were $550k, this year I’ll eclipse $800k and next year I have $1.5mm or more lined up. (That’s just cases I signed/closed myself)
I’m the sole associate in the office, and also handle most of the training/marketing/networking in my office. My salary isn’t 6 figures and no performance incentive. At what point is it fair to ask/is it unrealistic or unreasonable to ask for some small performance incentive?

I currently work at a small PI firm in Atlanta were EVERYTHING is settled presuit. If we’re unable to settle, then it’s referred to another firm for litigation. This whole process seems very atypical to me and the attorneys rarely touch a file until the first liability offer is received. The paralegals handle everything from intake to drafting the demands. The attorney briefly skims (does NOT read) the demand packages and signs. Is this ethical?? Anyone else work at a firm that is run this way??

For Plaintiff's attorneys, how big is your caseload? What kind of cases are the majority of them and are they in suit? I am currently handling 150+ mostly MVAs and premise liability cases, just about all in suit, (on top of about 10 DUIs and other small traffic matters) and I feel like I'm drowning and looking to jump ship. What is normal/to be expected? In NYC area if that matters
