What should you pay an administrative assistant? What are the Jones guys paying BOAs? I have always paid hourly, but I guess many are doing salary.

60k plus benefits (can be higher if licensed) Indy RIA. We’ve hired from Jones and merrill pretty similar salaries there. We have a remote / hybrid admin team. We lease them back to our advisors.

I was thinking about the benefits. We do a 3% match 401k, but no health benefits. I’m not sure how, as a small office, to arrange health benefits or what vendors would work with you.

like

North Central Florida. Rural area.

Thanks. It’s always helpful to know because an admin in LA or NY it’s going to command a lot more than someone in Dubuque.

Would a trustee committee for a 401k plan hire a third party cofiduciary to share that risk? Looking for advice... 5 months ago I went from Higher Education (HE) Law Firm. I was so excited to move on and was offered about $16K more in my salary.

Today I find myself not excited about my current job and since the firm is much smaller than my last job in HE I feel like there is less growth opportunities. Every day I want to message my old manager about coming back but my wife doesn't think I should primarily because of the stress I went through. Tbh I miss the stress and workload (cont.)

Hi All,
During Bosch HR round, I've conveyed my salary expectations. The HR for once, didn't argue the figure quoted. Instead just said, that the offer would be released post approval from business head.

Now, I've filled in firststeps portal details as well. When should I expect the offer to be released? And how frequently should i follow up with the recruiter?
Also, does not countering my demands of requisite salary mean that they'll provide the figure I've asked for?. Kindly suggest.
