Will it be possible to Join TCS after 2-3 yrs or will it block my profile forever since I have accepted the offer and didn't join. Requesting your valuable inputs.

My doj in accenture is approaching, I recieved a mail to sign and upload some documents, out of those one document says something like this, I'm ok to work in any shift/night shift. Does this mean I will have night shifts? or is this general for everybody to sign and upload?
