What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

I have received an offer from PA Consulting , which I think will speed up my development by around 2 years, compared to staying where I am. (More diverse role, exposure, not just focused on one platform/product for which I currently am). In addition, the offer is also a large increase in package. I have only been at my current company for 6 months, however I would like to take the offer, how do I approach this?

Depends on your work hours. I spend 10+h on my chair, eventually caved in and bought a Herman miller chair. My back thanked me. It’s the most expensive furniture in my house
I ordered an electronic standing desk from Amazon for less than £100, it works well. I think don’t need to overspend on a desk.
Running on a regular office chair from Amazon too, it’s average though. The best chair I have sat on is SteelCase which I hope to upgrade to one day. I find them better than Herman Miller.
Also, I would say invest in monitors (height adjustable), light, keyboard and ergonomic mouse also. Think of a complete ergonomic setup - height of monitor, strain on eyes, extended strain on wrists etc.
