Hey All!
I have a phone interview for a data scientist role at snowflake comming up. Any advice on how to prep?
The email indicates that the call will cover my experience, motivations, and understanding of Snowflake.
Curious if other have gone through the process and have insights to share. Or if anyone at snowflake can shed light on how I can be effective.

I’d say somewhere between $85k and $120k based on what I’m seeing.
I mean I guess it depends on what you were earning before? And where you're applying. The bigger places like you said might be able to accommodate, small to mid size, not so much. Worth putting it out there though, maybe someone will go for it!
Just FYI, for everyone who replied to this thread.
An update of sorts:
I appreciate all your inputs. I have been able to get a company to send me an offer letter for 150k base, with 50k (today's mkt value) in options.
I am currently in the negotiation stage and I hope it all turns out well.
I honestly think you should evaluate your skills and how much would it cost for you to hire someone what you do. Based on that data determine your worth and negotiate until you are being paid what you belive you should be paid.
Always better to go with data. Go to the Bureau of Labor Statistics data for jobs in your category for your metro area. Put together a group of job categories and averages, and then add in your experience and background to find what FEELS reasonable.
Definitely 100K at a minimum.
I'm targetting quite a bit more than 100k. I'm just afraid that it will be rejected outright.
Well, okay with the info shared here, I was thinking that I should share a few more thoughts from my end.
I would like to ideally target something like 140k base salary, and 20k RSU per year (vested over 4 years with a 1 yr cliff thereafter).
The issue here is that I'm afraid that this will be outright rejected by the company for being too high an ask. However, I have looked at levels.fyi, and I see quite a few companies that give this kind of total comp., which seems very attractive to me.
