What would open the most doors opportunity wise if leaving B4 Audit... Manager at a lower mid-level PE firm or as a Senior FP&A analyst at a media company?

I joined on Nov 2020 in EY GDS as Senior 1,so when I will be getting progression for senior 2?

Currently a medical assistant and considering the PA route. Living in Canada where the PA profession is relatively new (not as many specialities for PAs as the US, and salary is lower). I’m nervous about future burn out and unfavourable working hours - any advice?

I'm at a target uni for Big 4 accounting. I applied for and received an offer for Summer 2023 Risk&FinancialAdvisory - Technology internship w Deloitte. I'd like to get into Big 4 consulting ideally when full-time. I'm an engineering student - I'm not going to be interested in IT audit. Summer 2023 will be the summer after sophomore year, so I'll be declining the full-time return offer and I'll be looking for a different internship after junior year.

I’d to get a job in a small architecture firm or work for a developer to help build up my network. For the past 6 years I’ve taught high school architecture and engineering and done real estate on the side. I have an industrial design degree and tremendous construction and real estate sales knowledge. I also started architecture school but stupidly switched to industrial design. War or no war is quite often a sensitivity, and adoption of EVs/renewables/biofuels will be between X and 10X. What level and service line were you at the big 4, and what percent salary increase did you get once you left? I’m a S1>S2, and the offers I’m seeing are around 10%-15% higher, which feels a little low. But maybe I’m being unrealistic.

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

What would you take?
