I currently work as a contracted Operations Manager but I’m in need of something a little more sufficient as far as salary. I have experience in Management both restaurant, healthcare, and I suppose this particular position counts too I just don’t know how to specify it. I really want to get out of the 35-40k salary range and I have the experience to do it just not the degree. I think I suck at interviews too (I get really nervous and start doubting myself). Fishes, what’s the salary range for a Sr.UX Designer at JP Morgan?

My wife works at a school with kids with behavioral issues. The kids are abusive to the teachers/paras and have hit, kicked, pulled hair, as well as have grabbed the privates of teachers/paras. Nothing is ever done about it by higher up. Recently, the principal got kicked in the leg, and it turns out that the superintendent is “pressing charges” against the kid, but won’t do anything for the teachers/paras. What actions can my wife and the teachers take if the superintendent won't do anything?

I started a new job 6 months ago, since then my boss left, the team has changed and we got a new boss, and everything I was trained on when I onboarded is changing due to factors outside of my control..adopting a whole new way of doing things. Anyone wants to share how much it sucks to be on those state unemployment claims projects? You have to hear those jobless people complain all day everyday and they would yell at you if they are not happy with your response. The EY HR person would threaten to fire you if you ask to be off from it. I wonder if this is in violation of labor law.
