I'm more familiar with London than Warsaw so may be a bit biased. But, honestly, whichever provided better salary and quality of life.
Morgan stanley london.
London is very the action is for anything finance. I am not sure whats your profile is but its always better to be close to power center of the org for better growth and opportunities
I'll go with MS. But you should decide based on your goal. Do you want a high-paying job? Or a great WLB/culture?
Warsaw. Personal opinion tho has nothing to do with the banks.
And I was going to say London for the same reason LOL.
Morgan Stanley London
I would choose Morgan Stanley London. But that's just me. What are your criteria for choosing a place to work in? is it the location itself or is it the salary?
I'd choose MS over JPM, and separately I'd choose London over Warsaw. This answer may change if I was someone who had family and friends in or near Warsaw, or if the salary was great compared to the cost of living, but it's hard for me to picture the Warsaw role coming with a higher salary than London (even location adjusted).
Do you have two offers in hand? Can you share TC?
Warsaw but it depends on the comp differential. London is obviously more compelling generally speaking, but if the comp is similar your $ will go much much farther in Warsaw
