What would you say is the most important thing to make sure your name comes up when management is talking about promotions? Is it purely work ethic, or do factors like being very interactive with your other team members or being close to your manager are more important? I am aiming to get a raise, but something tells me I might not even be on their radar when they discuss who to internally promote.
