I liked Larry minsky's " How to succeed in advertising when all you have is talent". He interviews a bunch of giants to tell the story how each of them got their start and found their success, broken down into chapters by each person.
I may be biased but I like RoundSeventeen & 1/2, the Names Have Been Changed to Protect the Inefficient.
