What's a good response to questions like "Tell me a weakness of yours and how you overcame it " or "Tell me a feedback you received and how you worked on it"? More importantly, if I have to answer these questions in the Googleyness round.

Saying things like, "I am too passionate about my work and hence sometimes react to mediocre work" (not the exact phrasing, but the gist) will work against me.

Please advise, I always get stuck on this question !!

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? Any other first years out there worry that this virtual environment just won’t be able to teach them? Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead.
