What’s a reasonable raise to expect when being promoted from SAE making 85k to AS in NYC?

I’m gunning for 110k given the level of responsibility I have on my account already, near-perfect performance reviews, and based on the current ranges I’ve been told from other agencies. I know internal promos have a reputation for low balling, so I want to settle my expectations/prep for negotiating.

4th year at a mid size PI firm.
