I’ll give a real answer…since you can expect an annual raise of 10% on a non-promo year at Protiviti, and because you’d very likely join whatever firm you’re considering too late in the year to get a salary adjustment end of year (I know some firms do it different, calm down), I’d say somewhere between 15-20% at least would make it a no-brainer. Career progression is also important so account for that. Keep in mind though the trade off in WLB if you join something cut throat.

If you are working 60hours/week, keep in mind your ICP which will be way over target and that you will be working 60 hours/week where ever you go.
It depends on where you sit in the salary band and what your raises have been like. I wouldn’t switch for less than 40% - rebuilding a network sucks.
