What's ATK, OW or strategy& manager and senior manager comp range? Potentially looking to switch firms

I will be moving to Canada in September 2022. And, I need some information -
1. What's the competition range for Senior Data Analyst in Toronto?
2. what's the cost of living in Toronto? (I am single individual).
3. How is the public transportation in Canada?

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?

The lastest offer I have is of 19.5 from Capgemini.

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. I am now interviewing for a VP Accounting role with the mortgage company that got shafted by the short sale. If I get the job offer, can they/will they see this on my credit report?
