LGA and take the bus. Takes less than 40 minutes

LGA for sure

like

LGA

like

EWR. Drive time to Midtown is far more predictable than LGA.

I prefer EWR as a hells Kitchener if I’m ubering. Easy pickup, and evening traffic isn’t bad

LGA plus its renovated and nice

like

LGA it is. Thank you all 👍

EWR is a mess in general compared to LGA you are planning to uber or subway?

Yes planning to Uber

LGA

LGA. Not even a comparison

LGA

LGA

LGA and take the M60 bus to Astoria Blvd N station in Queens, then N to 49th Street in Manhattan, which is a block away from Rockefeller Center.

LGA unless you need a connection

LGA. I used to like EWR, take train from Penn Station then the local to EWR. But lately EWR has been all messed up. Now LGA is no box of chocolates commute wise, but at least it’s shorter distance.

Welp! Finally got the axe today too. I didn’t even get to talk to my manager. One of the execs I support told me he’s very sorry and I was great, etc etc, but it couldn’t be avoided. Whatever. I kind of never want to work again. I’m heartbroken.

Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever. The problem is we’re going back into the office and I don’t want to go in if it’s just going to be senior management in asking me to get them lunches for client meetings or fetch a glass of water and cutlery for meeting rooms. Definitely not ready to go back to that….

Hi everyone. My high school is going to be adapting a hybrid model at the start of the school year. I plan to take a digital approach to everything. I have plenty of activities from the past that involve interaction and conversation in the target language, but I was wondering if anyone has some great digital or distance learning activities or ideas to share?

New strat folks.
1. Buy a condo complex.
2. Put the land under said condos into a land conservatorship (for taxes)
3. Rent condos at discounted rates (for taxes)
4. A small fee of the rent goes to a trust as a land conservation fee in perpetuity (for tax reasons)
5. Have another business generating revenue to offset this.

I have a VC/GE interview coming up (phone screen) and personally don’t know much about the space , it’s just an area that has always seemed interesting.

Does anyone have Recommendations on how to get up to speed/good questions to ask during the phone screen?

I would assume the first call will be pretty standard to any other company, but just want to be prepared.
