What's happening in IT sector..such a massive hiring campaign I haven't seen in my life. Minimum 70% hike standard with mass recruitment for mid senior level.

Will this trend will lead to recession in coming future as freshers are not hired much and emphasis is given on mid senior level employees. When things will get back to normal freshers hiring will start and then mid senior level will be targeted.

Any views on that fishes??

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree.
