What's something that makes you move on quickly to the next submission? Cuz I feel like my portfolio is getting looked over. When you're looking through portfolios, what is it that stands out in your memory? Curious to know if it's the actual work, the storytelling around it, or the unique personality that shines through that makes you most excited to reach out to a candidate.

Seeing low effort or lack of focus. What sticks in my mind is a clear story behind the work that shows how you solved a real problem, plus a bit of your unique style or personality shining through. It’s that combo, solid work with a story that clicks. That makes me excited to reach out.

I have a rental property and my tenant is asking me to change the fridge light burb. I live out of state and don’t have property manager locally. Is it bad if I ask them to change the fridge light burb themselves?

I’m pretty responsive for things they need help with like laundry machine got broken or pantry doors fell off. So I had sent people to fix those maintenance and repair issues.

But light burbs? Srlsy? They are grown up people (fresh out of college girls)
