One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??

That casual convo has morphed into two interviews this week, one with an SVP and EVP and one with the global head of the practice. It would be a $65k bump in salary. Worth going through with it? A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. In this case, according to TCS talent policies, what is the procedure and the benefits that he can avail, as part of project initiated relocation? Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

Confused if parents want schools to reopen or not? I read so many posts here about how difficult it is to work full time and manage kids’ at-home schooling (I can’t even imagine!) so would assume that means parents want to reopen, but at the same time keep seeing a ton of backlash from parents in states who are pushing to reopen due to safety reasons.
