Is a sloped floor of 1/2” over 10’ noticeable? I have to make room for conduit and cannot trench in my current place

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it more advantageous to have low housing prices and higher interest rate? If that's the case, you can always refinance when/if the interest rate lowers again. Is there something I'm not seeing?

If I'm adding multiple people to purchase a property but not on the mortgage, when do they get added - do they need to already be on the purchase agreement? I heard it's easier to do upfront vs. adding them later. I've asked this question in a thread but didn't get a clear response. Got an agent and she was useless for finding good tenants. Got frustrated and finally started finding leads myself and closing on one soon.
