Just ask. Especially if you're already thinking about leaving. If you can't ask any male coworkers in your position, ask another male coworker about his salary for his position and then compare your skills and experience. Unfortunately, chances are they're making more than you.
Asking is the number one way to really know. Men usually don't shy away when you ask. Use this to your advantage. Hope this helps!
Agreed. I am always just upfront and honest. They will usually tell you.
I would probably just ask. Men will typically be very straighforward and honest about that type of thing, atleast in my experience. I would definitely just ask :)
You can directly or indirectly bring it up in conversation with your male coworkers depending on your relationship with them.
Why do you think they may be making more? Try to ask someone who started around the same time as you and have similar years of experience.
