In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line

i am working as a production accounting associate at my company. i went from working on the production floor for $20/hr to this position in September & was told I would still be making hourly until my YER & then i would get the raise that comes w the promotion.
