Two paychecks per month is my favorite.
When times are good and we are able to pay a bonus, the plan design is good.
The rest is standard. Nothing stands out as amazing. Maybe the Wellness program that gets me free medical via participation. Suppose that is pretty good.

6% 401k match is nice. Annual bonus and additional RSU is also pretty nice
$0 cost for a UHC family plan with a $500 deductible is probably mine. And the plan covers everything. I’m riding the ozempic train for $20/month.
