You might get some case-like questions, but the core “case” interview for a manager is to prepare a presentation about some work you have done and present that to a panel of three interviewers who will ask various questions about what you did and how you did it.
Your recruiter will be able to describe the process. When I sit on an interview panel, I do try to make my questions somewhat challenging because I want to see evidence of the quality of your thinking on different dimensions (examples: what if the situation were X instead of Y, or what if the client hated this recommendation, or what implementation challenges to you foresee and how would you address those). I find that successful candidates generally enjoy these conversations.
The presentation is what P1 stated. It is about work you have done and presenting to a panel for them to evaluate what you did, what you would do different, and ask questions.
It is not meant to trip you up - the best candidates tend to enjoy the exercise and do not find it overly taxing/complicated.
I'm not sure if manager interview has case round. I have seen the SIP consultant case study and it's difficult. Especially more for folks from non- strategy background (I'm a SIP Consultant)
