PWC india is offering 15.5 lpa + 2 lpa Join in bonus + VP(not mentioned) and senior consultant 2.
Currently in one of the BIG 4 in IT Risk advisory.
YOE : 2 + MBA from tier 2
Location: same for both
Please help me decide based on the growth opportunities, earning potential and long term impact of choosing india vs global practice.

Hi everyone. I am currently a CA student, working as a Taxation Executive in a manufacturing industry for the past 3 years. My profile includes handling of direct and indirect taxes in the company ranging from preparation of the working upto the entry of outstanding and payment in books. During this period I got an appraisal once citing reasons due to lockdown of a mere 20%. My current CTC is 3.5 lakhs and I'm planning to switch to another company. I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

For >20 YOE, multiple companies founded, highly technical, patents, academic papers, former F10 Director… even in a T3 city, $240k TC in consulting seems low, right? Not complaining at all just not sure what direction to go for higher comp.
