What’s the HireVue interview like at EY-Parthenon? Is it basic “tell me about yourself” or also more in depth questions about specific points in your experience? Trying to figure out if I should take time to prepare or just go for it.

Been unhappy in my job/at my company for a very long time. Love 6 out of 8 people on my team (the other two are just useless and lazy). I have been applying elsewhere for months (pivoting to IRB compliance). I honestly half expected to never get out of there, but I’m about to be offered a position elsewhere (at a university) and now I’m feeling guilty about leaving. Anyone else ever feel this? I recently moved into a new company that is worlds behind on systems and processes; everything is broken, no integration, everything is ran globally with basically no visibility/consultation locally. I was used to the capabilities of Workday as a HRIS where I discovered Data Analytics is one of my strengths. Here we use Oracle PeopleSoft and it’s ruined my experience. Is this a good enough reason for me to leave and find a different job?
