It begins with a goat sacrifice, before you are ushered into the temple. From there, a lady named “June” who goes by the title “creative resource manager” will ask that you look through the roof of the temple, toward the stars. If you can identify Orion’s Belt, then the job is yours. If not, you will be ushered into the hall of the non-believers, where you too will be offered up as a sacrifice.
Either that or you’ll meet with some folks, discuss your work, prior experience, reasons for wanting to work there and goals for what you want to achieve. Then you’ll come back in for another 1-2 interviews if they like you. Then you’ll either be offered the job or they’ll pass on you for someone who’s a better fit. You know, like every other agency.

It depends on your level and the account. But usually a phone call with Dana followed by an interview with an ECD and two CDs.

As stated on this thread, it’s pretty straightforward. You get screened by Dana and then usually the ECD makes the final call. Though you’ll probably meet some ACDs along the way to help the ECD decide.

Haha - interview went nice and got invited to the next round. Then they came back and said they've head hunted a different team instead. 🤷🏻♀️
