That's difficult to answer as it all depends on whatever circumstances I happened to be in. I'm single and don't have extravagant tastes so I could get by on very little. So if I was laid off and desperately needed a job I could handle a survival situation. In that scenario I wouldn't be too worried about stocks and other benefits, I'd just need a salary coming in. Thoughts like this have been on my mind lately because I've been thinking about all the layoffs and how they don't seem to be stopping.

So many layoffs it’s concerning
Benefits are nice but base salary is what I prioritize. If it's a job that promises good benefits but low base salary, I usually overlook it. As far as my minimum base salary, I would probably need $120,000 a year to fund my current lifestyle, pay my mortgage, take care of my kids, etc.
Base of $200k with a 40% bonus multiplier. Minimum in order to leave my current gig. If unemployed then that number is a lot lower.
Dont count on RSUs as that’s barely real money. Well, except for this year where it accounted for over half of my TC.
I don't really want to lower my salary, so minimum would be what I make now, with a job I like better, or better medical insurance than the horrid one I have. IfI was unemployed I may take lower but would always strive to get back to 130k or higher that I currently make.
