I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment. Only 10 days of my LWD are left.

I hope someone at BCW is monitoring this bowl. There are some pretty clear issues going on at the agency, particularly around burnout and compensation.

But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. Any thoughts on Georgia tech’s OMSCS vs OMSA? Non-CS background in economics - very quant degree - and want to do the former but unlikely due to lack of accredited courses in CS. Intention is to do DS but want a proper math grounding and knowledge of SE to build models that fit into existing infrastructure.
