I was just offered a CUNY role. The title is Higher Education Assistant. According to Glassdoor, the average annual pay for that role is $83,418. However, I was offered $62,500. I requested for the minimum annual salary to be 75k. Does anyone have experience navigating the CUNY system and their pay?

@D1 nope, specialist master is a manager. Specialist leader is a SM.
Is that a real job title?
@OP, you’re generally accurate, but to get promoted specialists need both sales and managed revenue.
Sadly yes.... specialist master is I think equivalent to senior manager
@Op that sounds about right, especially in fed. That’s on the lower end for commercial, but decent for Fed
Specialist track people are not responsible for a lot of sales. They generally tend to be subject matter experts (this Guy is a data scientist, PhD in some quant field). They are hired for subject matter expertise and don’t have the sales requirements and don’t have to be associated with one account or industry.
OP 150 is a decent number for specialist master
Thanks D3- what are those goals in Federal?
