I had recently interviewed for TIAA for the position of BI analyst but failed to crack the SQL round of interview due to my nervousness. I am really pressed and demotivated after my rejection.I made sure to be prepared in SQL and I wish to be interviewed in TIAA again. Will they consider my profile again?

Hey Fishes I have completed close to 4.5 years in EY under the Tax Operation team specialized in resource management. I am getting only 7.5lpa inspite of getting "Strategic Impact" which is the highest reward category. I was supposed to get a skip level promotion which the HR had rejected for some reason. I get them and am excited about the possibility of them helping for about a week then I just stop using it. Even if I find it helpful I just never stay consistent with it. Does this happen to others?
