After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

As of 7/1 they will be the same service- Digital Risk Solutions
PwC Assurance has 2 major BU and PwC Assurance contributes approx 50% of $40 Billion Revenue.
1 - External Audit which is pure Audit
2 - Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Services (ICRS)
This ICRS group is Consulting group - same as Risk Consulting in KPMG, D and E.
Within Assurance, there is a National and Global Direct Consulting group called Digital Risk
Solutions (DRS) who does 100% Advisory work and has about 1000 consultants in US. It consists of several national practices like Block Chain, Intelligent Automation (RPA, Cognitive, AI), Salesforce, Advanced Risk Analytics & Data Science, ERP (Oracle, Sap and others), Data Assurance and Process Assurance. DRS used to have Cyber which got merged with PwC Advisory recently.
Be prepared to speak to your experience, but a lot of it was a personality test. Know why you want to work for the firm, feel out the culture of the office. Good luck!
Thanks PwC1! 🤞
Goodluck
Op to answer your question it's about 140-180
PwC3 - This is very helpful. How challenging / engaging is the work in these practices? I was told that during peak audit season (September - Feb), the work is mostly focused on audit and assurance more than RPA, Cognitive AI type stuff. Is that true? I’m trying to get a sense of what my responsibilities will be like. Also, is it true that the work life balance is not the best within this group?
Oh that’s interesting! Good to know. Any insights on the salary and interview process? Any information is helpful.
Thanks a lot PwC2!! I appreciate the detailed response :)
It is my understanding that risk assurance at PWC is structured differently than RA at other B4. Overall, practices are geared more towards audit assurance than advisory activities. This is not good or bad, just something you should probably understand when comparing. Any PWC people with other B4 experience who can elaborate on the structure and focus?
K1 - it depends on the practice within RA. The group that OP describes is more "advisory" than the RA groups at other B4 and the remainder of RA at P.
