What’s the work life balance like for a BA at McKinsey & Co? Interviewing now and I’m curious

A colleague got offered a role at Walgreens for $94k as a fresh grad. Was this just a total rip off from Walgreens or is this actually average base salary for Walgreens as a fresh grad?

I’m at a mid size transactional firm. I’m a total night owl and my partners have OK’d me starting the workday at around 11am because I regularly work until midnight or later. I get so much more done after dark! I still get some side eye from other associates, but 🤷🏽‍♀️

Does anyone else here have an unusual work schedule? Curious what adjustments you’ve made to make it work.

I have an offer of CTC-22 (20fixed+ 2bonus)
My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
Also plz share your work ex and company name if you got more with similar profile.

Looking to get some feedback on this investment strategy: Contribute 100% of the allowed limit in ESPP program(15% of base) to get full company match(15% of my contribution). What’s the bar of passing the first round at McKinsey like? if I didn’t do well in the same part of a cases for both interviews (ie reading graphs for high level insights and implications) would that be even worse than having different performance across other areas (ie not doing well in A on case 1 but not doing well in B on case 2)? I thought the quant was fine but i dont think i did well on graph reading for either cases. Pei was also fine and so was the rest of the case
