What's ths salary range for SA2 in Audit in Bay area/ San Jose? Is the $106k reasonable?

We talk about not being paid enough, but now I see that 16 years and a masters degree has caused my salary to be higher than any entry-level job will pay someone with no experience in the field.

What range should I expect with 10 years total IT federal experience and 4 years with AWS cloud experience; AWS developer associate, CSM, red hat, and agile certified.

Moving to industry and trying to decide start date. Would I still be eligible for the performance bonus if I put in my two weeks notice a week before receiving the bonus?
