What the salary slab for Engagement manager 2 in Akamai ?

I was recently interviewing a very good candidate who was not only technically strong but also had a very good problem solving skill. Below is his yoe and tech stack
Total yoe 11, RPA 6(AA)
Certified in all AA versions.
CCTC 25LPA
Expecting 40LPA
I felt this is a desirable ask but we didn't have enough budget to accomodate. Now we are going back to drawing board to reshuffle the budget for next FY, what would be an apt scale for someone with the profile above?

I was previously offered a job at another company where the 75k salary was guaranteed for the first year. NFLX getting hammered in after hours trading due to an earnings miss. They could turn this ship around if they limited number of devices for one account. My in-laws have Netflix and 5 families are using it including me and the Mrs. I’ll be sending Netflix an invoice for my work.

Question for Goggins & Jocko Fans: How do you use their messaging to get you motivated on work related activities - such as delivering quality work, finishing that slide deck or prepping for an interview? It appears that they are more geared towards motivating the couch potato in to exercising.
