I meal plan/prep every week, so I almost always have some kind of rice and protein bowl with veggies and a sauce. Occasionally I'll have a sandwich or salad but I prefer a bowl style lunch. I make meat and rice and veggies ahead then switch up the sauce and spices
Something REALLY good. Nothing more I hate than cold lunches that taste like a 5th grader’s lunch in a plastic container

I switch it up but you can never go wrong with a deli sandwich or sub and chips.
I usually pack some sort of leftover from earlier in the week. On really lazy days, it’s leftover pizza. Usually it’s a meat, veggies, rice or pasta or potato combo. I can change veggies, sauces, and topping to get a variety of meals. Pasta sauce for Italian, salsas for Mexican, and Asian sauces for Asian dishes.

I bring sandwich stuff and leave at work to make my lunch there
A sandwhich and apples gets me through the day. I don’t typically enjoy eating at work as it’s not a place I am comfortable so the food doesn’t have to be good just sustenance.
I get Hello fresh and make dinner in the evening and its enough for two so I take the second portion for lunch the next day and it works out. There aren't a ton of options for food around my work and I usually don't want to get up and leave anyhow.
