When considering a move in house, is it easy to get pigeonholed into an industry even when you’re a generalist role? Have wanted to go in house for some time. Have an offer from a great company, but it’s not necessarily the industry I want to be in long term. Trying to weigh whether it’s better to go in house for an opportunity I’m sure I like (and try to lateral later if I decide I want to move industries) or stay at law firm and try to go straight to preferred industry in house role.
