True staff collaboration and opportunities for growth. All staff need to demonstrate a commitment to working and helping one another. Many times, that’s not the case because ego/pride gets in the way.
It’s hard to assess before joining
I always pay attention to what people are saying about the team culture and office politics. I have worked at way too many toxic places and I dont't want to go back to that. Those are very important things for you to pay attention to.
