When do you feel the most creative? I spend a lot of time strategizing themes for content and brainstorming video ideas--basically, I’m a strategist too. But I’ve noticed that my best ideas come when I’m off the clock, just unwinding and letting my mind wander. I love having creative breakthroughs for work, but it also messes with my work-life balance because my partner wants my full attention. Does anyone else feel this way? Any tips for setting better boundaries?

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?

This company wants me to develop a growth strategy that outlines key initiatives for growth, different opportunities, experiments I’d run, KPIs, and working cross-functionally.

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.
