Hi Fishes,
I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

Ours looks significant (20% ish) but you lose overtime, so it often means people actually end up in a worse position. I believe the goal is to set expectations with your boss early rather than negotiate. Reason being that once raises are announced the money has already been distributed. Congrats to you guys for doing raises and promotions already!
You should negotiate every salary offer that comes your way. You leave money on the table when you don’t. The worst thing they can say is no; you’re not going to get fired for asking.
FH is big on giving everyone a title boost but with little pay movement. I saw only a 5K raise when moving from AS to MS.
