What is the obsession and appeal for MBB among MBA grads? Is it really that amazing - from afar it seems like it may be romanticized (maybe not the right word) among applicants. I know it’s way better than the work I do now, so I’m not knocking MBB at all. It’s super impressive. Question. I started my own firm and am getting some contract work. The client technically hired me to do the work however some of it I could hand off to my associates. There are no billing differences as it's already a discounted rate. Is it wrong for my associates to do the work and to just bill the client without saying associate 1 did this associate 2 did that?

Finally came to a final agreement and we’re reviewing for final signature. Then client is reviewing and decides they want something else modified. It’s a point of contention. OP has said no. But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket.
